1. View products factory certification, pay attention to the manufacture date, specifications, technical conditions, performance standards, business name and production license number.
2. Carefully inspect the product surface condition, product should be bright in color, good gloss, the surface cannot have obvious scratches, bubbles and other defects.
3. Pay attention to the product thickness, doors and windows material thickness should not be less than 1.2mm.
4. Note that the coating thickness of the product, the thickness of anodic oxidation product should not be less than 10¦Ìm, electrophoretic coating product is not less than 17¦Ìm in thickness, powder spray coating thickness does not exceed the range 40-120¦Ìm, fluorocarbon spray products should not be less than 30¦Ìm.
5. Coastal users best choose the electrophoretic coating profiles, powder coating profiles or fluorocarbon coating extrusion products with better corrosion resistance.
